The location is fantastic, situated in a fairly quiet area close to downtown Knoxville. Restaurants are within walking distance, as well as stores and other dining options. - the room is tidy and includes a private bathroom, cable TV, a microwave, and a fridge.

The same type of room and price range at the baymont in cookeville was far superior. We chose baymont knoxville thinking it would be comparable. It was not. Knoxville was more expensive and not nearly as nice.

the room was brand-new with refrigerator and working ac and shower as described. good service, although a few employees were extremely rude. the location of the hotel was favourable, in the middle of jackson.
Wi-Fi was very poor, made me a little nervous.
